Pickup & Delivery Policy for Scissor Sharpening Service
To provide a smooth and convenient experience, Alkhuzama Care clarifies the following policies:
1. Service Area
Currently available within Riyadh only.
2. Order Confirmation
To complete your order, it must be confirmed via our customer service WhatsApp number before any processing begins.
3. Pickup & Delivery Options
We offer two flexible options:
Option 1 – Drop-off at Company Location
Customers can deliver their tools between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
After service completion, items can be collected between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Option 2 – Courier Pickup & Delivery
The customer shares their location via WhatsApp.
A courier will collect the items within 48 hours.
After completion, items are returned via courier.
- Pickup & delivery: 34.5 SAR (VAT included)
- Pickup only: 23 SAR (VAT included)
- Delivery only: 23 SAR (VAT included)
4. Service Time
The service usually takes 24 to 48 hours depending on workload and number of items.
5. Service Feedback Policy
We kindly ask our valued customers that if there are any comments or concerns regarding the service, they should be reported within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receiving the items, to ensure they are addressed efficiently and in a timely manner.
