Scissors sharpening service is available to customers inside and outside Riyadh.

3️⃣ Payment Policy

Important: The scissor sharpening service fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer or electronic payment link; cash payment is not accepted.

The invoice is issued and the tooth-cleaning service begins after confirmation of receipt of payment, and any delay in payment may lead to a delay in completing the service.

4️⃣ Pickup and Delivery

Inside Riyadh:

The scissors can be delivered to the company headquarters from 9 am to 4 pm.

• Pick-up and delivery via courier: 34.5 riyals including tax.
• Pick-up only: 23 riyals including tax.
• Delivery only: 23 riyals including tax.

Outside Riyadh:

The scissors are sent to our headquarters in Riyadh via any shipping company the customer prefers, and returned to him after the service is completed.

5️⃣ Service completion time

The scissors sharpening service usually takes 3 to 5 working days , depending on the workload and the number of tools, and the duration is calculated after payment confirmation.

6️⃣ Time required to receive the scissors

The scissors must be received within a maximum period of 14 days from the date the customer is notified that they are ready . After this period, Al Khuzama Care is not responsible for their safekeeping.

7️⃣ Express scissor sharpening service ⚡

The urgent scissor sharpening service is available only within Riyadh city , at an additional fee of 23 riyals , and the service is completed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

8️⃣ Service Feedback Policy

If there is any comment on the teething service, please contact us within a period not exceeding 3 days from the date of receiving the scissors, to ensure that the comment is reviewed and dealt with appropriately, without prejudice to the customer’s legal rights.
