Delivery details and address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the mobile number, address, and recipient details. In case of incorrect information, failure to respond to the delivery person, or the need for redelivery after a delivery attempt, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

If the order is not received, or there is a shortage, damage, or if a non-conforming product is received, or if there is any comment related to delivery , you must contact us and raise the issue within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of the order , providing us with the order number and the details necessary for verification.
Any complaint or claim related to delivery must be submitted within 14 days of the order date. After this period, Al Khuzama is not liable for claims related to non-receipt of the order or delivery problems, without prejudice to any rights guaranteed by applicable regulations.
