Return Conditions

The product to be exchanged or returned must be unused and in its original condition.

If you receive a wrong product, you are entitled to an exchange or return.

If there is no defect or error in the product, but you no longer wish to keep it, you may request an exchange only.

Who bears return & exchange costs?

If you receive the wrong product, we will cover shipping and return costs.

If there is no defect or error but you changed your mind, we will be happy to assist with an exchange, but shipping and return costs will not be covered by the store.

When will the refund be processed?

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the return request date.

When will the exchanged product arrive?

Within 5 business days from the date the product is received by the store.

If there is no defect or error but you changed your mind, we will still assist with the exchange, but shipping costs will not be covered.
